SFCC Library Guide

Review for Finding the Good Stuff

Start from the SFCC Library's home page at http://library.spokanefalls.edu

ProQuest indexes thousands of publications by subject and keyword. Use Advanced Search for best results. Choosing the appropriate Database from the drop-down menu will also refine your search. Start with keywords connected by Boolean AND, OR, and AND NOT.

For example: population growth AND environmental impact

Refine search results by using subjects and eliminating reviews or newspapers.
